Paul has spent years doing maintenance for letting agents and property managers. He’s the one called when the boiler packs in, the one who knows which properties have temperamental plumbing and which faults need sorting today rather than next month.
Between us we know the ins and outs of running a rental — what goes wrong, what it costs you, and how to stop it happening in the first place. That’s really why we started Wards. We’d seen how properties get looked after from the outside, and we knew what it looks like when the people doing the work are the people answerable for it.

Your rental property is an important investment. We help you look after it with practical support, from finding and screening tenants to dealing with rent and managing the day-to-day.
We also like to keep things personal. You’ll speak to the same people throughout your tenancy, and if you have a question you can pick up the phone and ask us — we’d always rather talk it through properly than send you a form.
